“Hurry up! I’m not paying you to lollygag!”
“Actually, Captain, you’re, uh, you’re not paying us at all. You just told us to get on the boat and then you started kicking us.”
Age: 21
Occupation: Pirate
Likes: Piracy, her family legacy
Dislikes: Dunstana, that most of her crew are idiots
The young captain of the Red Wolf pirates (she thought up the name herself), Myra is out to make a name for herself, and continue the legacy of her piratical ancestors. Despite being a driven and ambitious young woman, that goal is proving elusive. Making her way as a female captain in the man’s world of piracy is a difficult thing, and Myra has struggled to earn the respect of her peers, and even just to assemble a crew willing to work for a female captain. That means that Myra will never completely give up on the crew she has found, despite their many, many shortcomings (only mostly give up on them). As far as Myra is concerned, any pirate willing to work for a female captain isn’t completely useless.
Recently, Myra has displayed an interest in Oake Island, the potential hiding place of the long-lost treasure of Captain William Newgate. Her journey to Oake Island will, much to her consternation and bemusement, put her on a collision course with a most unexpected nemesis, Captain Dunstana Darkstone.
