July 1 is Canada Day/Le 1er juillet est la fête du canada.
And July 4 is, of course, the anniversary of the beginning of John Hunyadi‘s successful defence of Belgrade Independence Day.
Now, I’m Canadian (duh). But most of my readers are American, so I figure it’s fitting to acknowledge the holiday.
