Jehan-Picard Souricier
“He also tied Matchlock Sally’s boots together that one time. He rented the apartment above Plaid Jack Rackman’s specifically so he could walk around as loudly as possible and then took up clog-dancing. He agrees with Ragnar the Contrarian. And he stole Captain Goblinbeard’s ship and marooned him on the island of Monte Tramezzino.”

While arguably one of the most famous pirates in Realmgard, at least among the members of the Brotherhood of the Coasts, Jehan-Picard Buttercup Souricier‘s fame comes largely from the fact that virtually every other pirate in Realmgard has some sort of ongoing feud with him.
Originally, albeit briefly, a member in good standing with the Brotherhood of the Coasts, Souricier’s propensity for interpersonal conflict saw him promptly excommunicated for the Brotherhood in short order, setting the stage for him to become one of the most prolific renegade pirates in Realmgard and carry on a years-long one man war against the Brotherhood.
On the whole, Souricier’s actions against the Brotherhood amount to him making a nuisance of himself. While bothersome, inconvenient, and occasionally expensive, few of Souricier’s acts reach the level of the outright felonious. Since many of Souricier’s actions target only the members of the Brotherhood of the Coasts, rather than representatives of any of the governments of Realmgard, he has largely been ignored by these governments.
Of particular note is Souricier’s feud with his long-time rival Captain Goblinbeard, who has been the target of Souricier’s most frequent and most impressive acts of aggression and annoyance.
