Thanks to the general differences in the liturgical calendars between Western (Latin-rite Catholicism and most Protestant churches) and Eastern Christianity (Orthodoxy, Oriental Orthodoxy, an Eastern Catholicism) coupled with nuances with the actual calculation of Easter I don’t entirely understand, there was an usually wide gap between Gregorian and Julian Easter this year.
All of which is to say, I’d like to wish all my readers using the Julian Calendar a very happy Easter.

Dunstana’s a rabbit. Kat’s a sheep — specifically a black one; just like the other 364 days of the year.
I got some really weird comments about my last Easter post and, honestly, I’m kinda morbidly fascinated to see if that happens again.
But, in the meantime: Χριστός ἀνέστη!
