These 500-word scenes began life as month-long daily writing exercises ultimately inspired by Inktober, but with writing rather than art.
In fact, my first month of daily writing was October 2021.
Since then, I’ve tried to do a month of daily writing at least once a quarter. By now, a I revise this page at the end of November 2025, I think I’ve done about 300 short scenes. I’m starting to repost them to the Realmgard blog, as well as compiling them – I’ll inevitably need to break that list up into multiple sub-pages, but the directory of my short scenes is here:
Additionally, I post a new Realmgard short scene every week on my Patreon page. The Patreon short scenes will initially be exclusive to my subscribers (including those on the free tier) before eventually making their way over here to realmgard.com
