This Week’s Realmgard Short Scene – Dunstana Actually Does Pirate Stuff for Once

‘It’s amazing, she notes wearily, how many of her Saturdays involve Dunstana pilfering a dead guy’s final resting place…’

Now, Dunstana is, of course a little girl pirate. So it occurs to me she should probably be doing more pirate-y things.

Clearly, in this one, she’s followed a map of some sort to the final resting place of a famous pirate.

“Don’t touch the creepy skeleton, Dunstana,” Kat groans, watching her sister clamber up onto the lap of the long-dead pirate, seated conspicuously on a large stone chair.

It’s amazing, she notes wearily, how many of her Saturdays involve Dunstana pilfering a dead guy’s final resting place…

Kat doesn’t even want to be a pirate!

And yet, here she is. Again. An unofficial member of the Porthaven Raiders, following another map to another buried treasure.

Kat and Dunstana’s first mate Jimena watch as Dunstana struggles to free her newfound prize from the skeletal pirate’s grip.
