And to mark the occasion, here’s Kat and Dunstana‘s main obstacle this week, a big ol’ rat who may just be the King of All Rats.
Honestly, I’m a little surprised I never tried to draw him before now. On the other hand, this first attempt turned out better than most of my first attempts of things.
The lighting isn’t quite what I wanted to it be, but did come out well enough to be a nice touch and I think convey that he’s supposed to be underground.
Also, I’m pretty sure rats have reflective eyes, but I have no idea how I would even begin to try to incorporate that into my art style, or if it would even look good.
Oh well, next time.
